Refund policy

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Non-returnable: Final-sale items and gift cards.
How to request: Email info@gayboystore.com with your order number and photos (if damaged/incorrect).
Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations: Orders can’t be cancelled once shipped.
